4. Product Sales and Returns

• Pricing: Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase for online orders and at the time of service for in-store services.
• Returns: Returns of non-perishable goods are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Perishable goods, opened food, and certain hygiene products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

5. Service Bookings and Cancellations

Booking for grooming, veterinary consultations, and training workshops can be made through our online platform or in-store.

• Appointments: Clients are advised to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of grooming and veterinary appointments without incurring a cancellation fee. Training workshop cancellation policies may vary and will be communicated upon booking.

For veterinary consultations, while we strive for the highest standard of care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
